Returns and Exchanges Policy

We recognize that situations may arise where a return or exchange of a product becomes necessary for our valued customers. Given the nature of our products, which often involve personal use, we acknowledge there may be certain limitations regarding returns or exchanges. To address this, we have established a comprehensive Return and Exchange Policy aimed at facilitating this process while prioritizing the health and well-being of both our customers and employees.
Please be informed that this policy pertains to all purchases made on our website only, not product(s) purchased from other retailers. It is important to note that the decision to accept a return or exchange rests solely with us, as we strive to uphold quality standards and ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
Defective Products and/or Incorrect Orders
If the product(s) you have purchased from us are defective, faulty, wrongly described, incorrectly fulfilled, or different from a sample shown, please contact us at email@example.com within ten (10) days of receiving such product(s) and provide the following information:
- Your contact information, including name, email and telephone number
- Order number and/or proof of purchase from Men Sex Gear
- Product(s) in question
- Brief explanation of the issue
Please allow us 24-48 hours to follow-up with you regarding your inquiry, and next steps. In order for your product(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange, such product(s) must be in their original, untampered packaging, and where applicable, with intact seals or tags. Any sign of use or wear of such product(s) will disqualify the eligibility for a return or exchange.

Please note that buyers remorse is not considered defective, faulty, wrongly described, incorrectly fulfilled, or different from a sample shown. In cases of buyers remorse, you will not be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization form.
Unfortunately, gift cards are not refundable once they are issued by us.
If you wish to return your purchased product(s), please follow the process below:
- Contact our customer support at
email@example.com to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) for a return or exchange.
Once approved for a return or exchange, Men Sex Gear will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and RMA slip via email.
- Place your purchased product(s) in a sturdy box or padded envelope along with your RMA slip, and securely seal it with tape.
- Attach the provided shipping label. If using the original shipping box or envelope to return your item or order, remember to remove or cover the original shipping label.
- Please allow up to ten (10) business days upon receipt of your package to process your return or exchange. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST (not including holidays).
Kindly note that, we do not provide return labels except in instances where the return is a result of an error on our part (see instances above). Additionally, packages lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the sender. We are not obligated to issue a refund, credit, or exchange for purchased product(s) lost or damaged during its return to us. Please contact the shipping carrier to inquire further about lost and/or damaged packages.
We reserve the right to refuse any product returned to us in an unsuitable condition. If this rare situation occurs, we will do our best to notify the customer to make them aware. At the sender’s expense, unsuitable product(s) will be sent back to the sender in the condition received.
