WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Men Sex Gear products are of the highest quality and come with a limited one (1) year manufacturer warranty which commences on the original date of purchase. We will gladly replace any of our products that are defective and/or not working as guaranteed. Please note that our limited product warranty only covers Men Sex Gear products, not other brands sold on our site.
Additionally, this warranty is NOT applicable to Men Sex Gear lubricants, gels, or cleaners and covers ONLY manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damages caused by misuse, loss, abuse or neglectful handling. Further, this warranty does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering. Any attempt to open or take apart the product or its accessories will void the warranty.
REGISTERING YOUR PRODUCT
There is no need to register your product as long as you keep your original receipt and warranty card with the applicable warranty number included in your product packaging. To exercise your warranty, you will need to fill out the form located at the bottom of this page. Please contact support@mensexgear.com if you have any questions or concerns related to your warranty eligibility or the registration process.
1- YEAR WARRANTY
Men Sex Gear warrants its products for a period of one (1) year, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. Limited warranty eligibility is strictly reserved for Men Sex Gear products. If you discover a qualifying defect and notify Men Sex Gear during the warranty period, Men Sex Gear will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.
Claims under this warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence and submitted to Men Sex Gear within the warranty time period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with the warranty card with the applicable warranty number included in your product packaging.
CLAIMING YOUR WARRANTY
To claim your warranty, simply fill out the form below or email support@mensexgear.com and provide a brief description of your product’s manufacturing defect. Please include your full name, the product’s unique warranty number, and a copy of your receipt. Please allow (5) five business days for processing.
To exercise your product’s limited warrant, carefully fill out the product warranty request form provided on this page. Accurately describe the issue with the product, specifying any damages or malfunctions encountered. Include essential details such as the purchase date, product warranty number (located in the product box), and place of purchase.
Once completed, submit the form to our Customer Support team who will reach out within 5-7 business days. Expect a response acknowledging receipt of your request, and follow any further instructions provided to facilitate the replacement process efficiently.
